COVID 19 Policy

• If you are feeling ill, experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or have had recent exposure to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

• When you arrive to your appointment please stay in your vehicle and call/text me at 503-888-0699. I will meet you at the door when I am ready for you.

​

• You are still required to wear a mask to your appointment. I will give you hand sanitizer to cleanse your hands prior to entering treatment room.

​

• Prior to treatment you will complete a COVID-19 consent along with other paperwork.

​

• If you have had or plan to receive the COVID vaccine, you must wait at least 2 weeks before receiving dermal filler treatments.
